Complicated embedded copper nuts

The specification of the copper insert nut is M8. The copper insert nut is embedded in the injection moulding parts of the automobile. There are five twill embossing, four left twill embossing and one right twill embossing. As there are many rolling patterns, double knife holder + double embossing holder is adopted. Five grooves and two chamfers are inserted out by one widened forming knife at one time.

Hot-pressed copper insert nuts contain reticulated and straight threads, and the outer circle is tapered, so that they can be smoothly introduced into plastic holes during hot-pressing.

Copper inserts

Specification: internal thread specification 1/4-20, external diameter 10 mm, length 15 mm reticulated copper nut, pulled from raw materials.

The automatic lathe is completed at one time: gear chamfering drilling hooking inner chamfering tapping. The dimension is stable and the internal thread is not eccentric.

Selection of materials: copper C3604, Rohs PASS.

The copper nut is used for injection moulding parts.

Embedded copper nut

The automatic lathe for straight pattern/twill pattern/eight-character pattern embossing and other anti-skid pattern copper nuts is completed at one time, while the more complicated copper nuts are processed by forming cutter and table lathe/tapping machine.

Many products are simple mesh and straight copper nuts, made of C3604 easy-turning brass. The surface pattern is drawn directly from the original rod, the full tooth peak bottom is clearly visible. Injection plastic parts can bear more large torsion.
